GezaForge started from a simple idea: most of a company’s software problems are not solved by more technology, but by better technical decisions. Before writing a line of code we walk the process as it is done today, with the person who does it. That mapping is what decides which parts are worth automating and which are better left alone.
We cover the full cycle because the pieces cannot be separated: an application is worthless if the infrastructure under it is fragile, and a well-designed cloud will not fix a system nobody understands. A single project can take in the ERP, the integration with the platform you already use, the domain, email and the website — and they fit because they are designed together.
We provide national and international coverage, with clients currently in Ecuador and the United States. Projects are contracted at a fixed price. Cloud accounts, domains and infrastructure credentials are registered in the client’s name; transfer of source-code ownership is defined in each contract and priced separately.

Scope defined before we start
The initial assessment is free of charge and ends with a formal proposal. The decision is made with scope and cost already defined.
No unnecessary dependencies
We work with standard, documented technology, so any technical team can take over operations later.
Documented handover
At close we hand over technical documentation, operating procedures and infrastructure credentials. The scope of any source-code transfer is agreed in the contract.
We are straight with you
When a request is not technically viable or does not justify its cost, we say so before it enters the scope.
